Q: How soon after my car is painted can I use wax on my vehicle?
A: Depending on the time of year, 2 -3 months after fresh paint has been applied. This allows time for the paint to cure.
Q: Can Berger Chevrolet repair my vehicle if it is a non Chevrolet or an import?
A: Yes, we are capable of repairing all makes and models.
Q: Is the work guaranteed?
A: Yes, in fact the work is guaranteed for the lifetime you own the vehicle.
Q: Can Berger fix my car even if it is not an approved shop through my insurance company?
A: Yes, the fact we are not approved by your insurance company has nothing to do with our repair credentials. We just do not offer them any discounts for the repair.
Q: Does Berger offer FREE loaner vehicles?
A: If your insurance coverage does not include rental coverage, Berger offers free loaner vehicles by appointment. We have Chevrolet Cavaliers as loaners.

What to Expect:
We’ll create a written estimate of what’s recommended to complete the repair, and we will offer Genuine GM Parts. In addition, if there is other service work that is required to restore your vehicle to pre-accident condition, we have GM-trained Certified Service technicians on hand. We will review this estimate with you and address any questions you may have.
